Forward Youth has a great team of adults and students that work together to reach this community. At Forward, we want to be a place where students feel like they belong and are part of something. Forward Youth wants our students to do three things:
We want our students to be taken ahold of by Christ and make the decision to Step Forward in faith to walk with Christ for the rest of their lives. When Christ says “Follow Me,” we want students to take that first step forward.
After taking that first step to follow after Christ, we want our students to continue to grow in their faith, forget what is behind, and reach forward to what is ahead. We strive to create an atmosphere where students feel welcome and have other followers of Christ to grow closer to.
All believers in Jesus have a universal command to go into the world and Spread the Gospel. We desire to equip our students to bring the Love of God into their school, home, community, and everywhere they go.
Forward has many different ways for you or your student to plug into this ministry. We have a Youth Led Band, Audio/Visual Team, and a team of Adults that serve as Small Group Leaders. Also, throughout the year we do several events for us as a Youth Group to grow closer together as we grow closer to God. Some of those events include:
Disciple Now Weekend
Mission Trips and Local Ministry Projects
Serving in Vacation Bible School
If you are interested in serving, please email Pierce at email@example.com.
On Sunday mornings, we gather for Sunday School focusing on God's Word and how it applies to our lives. We deal with different scriptural themes on a rotational basis, always seeking to grow young believers and their parents with the truths of what God has told us in the Bible.

On Wednesday nights, Forward is about creating an atmosphere where you can feel like you belong and are apart of something. The way we do ministry is: 1) Love on the students 2) Point them to Jesus, and 3) Teach them to repeat. Simply, we want to do life together and throughout the year we do activities/events to do just that. Through engaging worship, bible studies and small group discussions, Forward desires to equip our students to follow after Christ and to spread the Gospel wherever they go.
