As God is exalted to the right place in our lives, a thousand problems are solved all at once.

Thank you, choir and orchestra for sharing "I Don't Know Why" last Sunday.  I loved the emphasis of our service from 1 John 3 and the admonition of our pastor that we should always be a people who love one another.  Even though the world may not understand followers of Christ - indeed, they may hate us - may they always see how we love each other.

I'm looking forward to this Sunday as we begin the service with the orchestra playing "This Is the Day."  We'll be singing some great congregational songs like "The Lord is My Strength" and "Who Can Satisfy My Soul," and the choir, along with Jeff will be singing "Never Once."  May our hearts, as well as our voices sing out "You are faithful, God, You are faithful."  Next Sunday, June 19 we'll kick the service off with the choir singing "Let It Rise."

There is so much happening this summer!  VBS is just around the corner, youth and children's camps, mission trips, and of course a lot of family vacations and reunions.  There is a calendar on the table in the choir room,  and you can help us by writing your name on any Sundays when you will be out of your choir or orchestra place.  That is so helpful to us as we plan what to sing and play for our Sunday services.  It's going to be a great summer of praise to the one who is worthy of all praise!
