God wants to cultivate in us adoration and admiration. He wants us to be astonished at the splendor of Almighty God.

I do so love seeing our choir full or almost full every Sunday!  Thank you so much for taking your place of leadership as we seek to join our congregation each week in worship.  It would be hard for me to overstate the importance of what you do as you stand before our church and lift your praise to our Lord.  What exciting days these are.  I am loving the PRIORITIES series that our pastor is preaching - each message just seems to strike at the heart of who we are as a church.  The Lord continues to bring folks to worship with us and to join us in membership.  Lives are being changed, the Lord is being glorified.

I appreciate Mike and Julie Tucker along with James Garner and Tim Coop for sharing in such a marvelous way this past Sunday.  A little Sunday morning bluegrass is good for the soul!  I also want to say a word of thanks to Jeff and Clay Dennis.  These guys have spent hours learning how to make our sound system do what we need it to do.....and that's no small job.  I appreciate the great work that they do. Let me also say thanks to Matt Morton, the king of the lighting board.  Matt is such a blessing to work with as he has learned the in's and out's of the lighting console and camera system and is so faithful to run them for our services.

We look forward to this Sunday as our choir will begin the service with "Send the Light/He Reigns."  Pastor will share this week on the priority of Missions.  It's going to be another glorious day of worship.
